Founded in 1969, Lite & Barricade remains one of the longest standing, family-owned, barricade houses in North Central Texas.  Started by Samuel Howell in 1969 and eventually purchased by his brother Billy Howell, the company has been under the direction of Billy’s son, Shane Howell, since 1996.  Today, the company maintains its family-oriented atmosphere and is dedicated to its employees and customers.  We’re proud of our business, which has grown to over 200 industry trained traffic control experts.
